The rhodestar LE enhances the classic Rhodes sound with a two-band Baxandall EQ and adds a semi-parametric mid-band for precise tone control. Whether you prefer crystal-clear highs like a Mark II or the sharp sound of an early Mark I, the rhodestar LE delivers effortlessly. A tunable low-pass filter further customizes your tone, unlocking the full sonic potential of your Rhodes piano and inspiring creativity without limits.

The optical compressor responds musically and unobtrusively—unless you want otherwise. The rear adjustment knob allows you to set the preamp's operating level, which in turn lets you control the compressor's aggressiveness.

Dreamy tremolo

What's a Rhodes preamp without tremolo? The optical tremolo allows you to choose between two waveforms. This means you can achieve both the classic ping-pong tremolo and a modern sinusoidal modulation. The tremolo can also be switched to mono, allowing you to imitate popular Wurlitzer tremolo effects.
